Hydraulic Back Unloading Platform

Introduction

1. General

The hydraulic unload platform is fitted with bulk grain truck automatic discharge turnover panel which is designed, fabricated and manufactured by Shandong Yiyang Storage Engineering Co., Ltd. The turnover panel works stable, secure, reliable, and in high efficiency and our company is the first domestic large scale turnover panel producer to realize lateral grain discharge from the truck. 

The unit is installed with double motors and double pumps, one work and one standby

Its main components are made from Taiwan, and the pump and motor is mounted together horizontally but separated from the oil tank. The structure reduces the influence from the motor vibration and ensures the nice appearance of the whole set of hydraulic station and the convenient maintenance.

2.Main technical parameters

a. The lifting angle of the hydraulic turnover panel is adjustable at the range of 10-30 degrees.

b. The rated working pressure is 15MPa

c. The rated flow rate is 60L/min 

d. Motor power : 2*18.5Kw (class 4), one work one standby

e. We recommend HYSPIN AWS32 Castrol oil as the work media

f. Work voltage AC380W/50Hz, control work voltage AC220V

g. Work oil temperature 25—55℃

h. Oil tank volume 500L

3.Instructions

a. Firstly, add the specified working media into the hydraulic station through the filter with accuracy no less than that required by the hydraulic station.

b. Before start, rotate the motor with hand first and eliminate the barrier. Start the machine formally only after verifying that the motor rotates in right direction. ( Take the rotation direction on motor or pump as standard). 

c. Before start, let the machine be idled for 5-10 minutes, and adjust required work pressure through adjusting the overflow valve, (the pressure is increased in clockwise, and reduced in anti-clockwise). To heighten the pressure slowly and lock the pressure-adjustable nuts when the working pressure gets stable, and adjust the pressure - relief valve to required pressure.

d. To control the flow rate of the system through adjusting the throttle valve so as to control the work speed of the hydro-cylinder.

4.Maintenance 

a. Check if the system pressure is stably in the specified range at all times

b. Take care that if there is abnormal sound when the system is working

c. Check if the oil temperature is in the specified range, and shouldn’t exceed 60℃ commonly

d. The electrical voltage should be kept at the range of 5%—(—15%)of the rated voltage

e. Check the working conditions of the hydraulic station and oil leakage regularly

f. Replace the work medium (1year) and filter element (according to its blocking conditions) regularly

5.Precautions

a. The machine shall stop when the oil temperature is too high (>60℃) or too low (<15℃)< p="">

b. The machine shall stop when the oil is too little

c. If the machine spouts or drains oil , making maintenance under working condition will prohibited. d. Avoid start with pressure as far as possible

e. We recommend hydraulic oil of class 8/9 (MAS1638), and viscosity of 25—54CST, and pls refer to the fifth section of“Mechanical Design Manual” in actual application.
