Performance introduction:

Drying tower/machine is mainly used to dry the wet grain with high moisture and decrease the water content in grain for easy storage and processing, and widely used in grain warehouse, starch, grease, animal feed and seeds industries for the drying work of corn, wheat, rice, beans and rapeseed. 

Features:

a. Application of electromagnetic stepless discharge mechanism. It can control the drying time by adjusting the discharge rate depending on the moisture content of materials to achieve safe water content in materials.

b. The machine adopts the process of drying, tempering, and desiccant cooling. The tempering process combining with the unique funnel technology bring about large precipitation rate and receive grain product with even water content.

c.The insulating device is adopted from main drying tower to the pipeline, reducing  energy waste.

d. In order to reduce the damage of materials, the elevator is fitted with nylon hopper and belt conveyor is used to discharge materials so as to reduce the breakage of materials and ensure the quality of raw grain.  

e.Assembled parts and modular structure used in main drying tower, which is easy to install and adjust, and convenient maintenance.

f.After drying, the grain is of high quality and doesn’t downgrade with excellent germination percentage and potential. 

g. The drying process is simple, easy to operate, in low noise and environment friendly.

h. High degree of automation, automatic data display and automatic control on feeding

i.Segment temperature control improves thermal efficiency and production.

Working principle:

Wet material goes into the grain storage segment of the dryer and gradually lowered into the drying section along with discharge, at this time air heater send the specified drying medium to heat the materials; as the drying process proceeds, the water content in materials decrease constantly and the heated materials will be dried again after tempering the moisture in it to obtain the desired product; the dried materials enter into the cooling section and is discharged from the outfeed mechanism into the silo through belt conveyor and elevator.
